Return Eligibility:

- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Perishable items, pet food, and used hygiene products are non-returnable.
Refund Process:

- If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
